Job Description
Design, manage, and optimize Amazon Redshift clusters, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.Configure and maintain Amazon S3 buckets, including access control, lifecycle policies, and data migration strategies.Implement IAM policies to regulate access and ensure security best practices across AWS resources.Develop and maintain ETL pipelines for data integration into Redshift, optimizing query performance and data transformation.Monitor and troubleshoot S3 and Redshift operations, resolving performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and system failures.Implement disaster recovery strategies for data resilience, including data replication and backup solutions.Optimize AWS cost management, analyzing usage patterns and implementing storage class optimization strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design efficient data models and architectures within RedshiftSecondary SkillsExpertise in AWS Serverless, Amazon Redshift, Amazon S3, EC2, VPC, DWaaS.Strong knowledge of S3 functionalities (bucket policies, lifecycle management, encryption, access control).Proficiency in Redshift cluster management, query optimization, and performance tuning.Secondary SkillsExperience with Python/Bash scripting for automation.Knowledge of network concepts, data transfer protocols, and cloud security best practices.Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
